Hello everyone,

A little unsure if this is correct place to post,i checked other forums but this seems logical to post here. Can anyone kindly help ? Currently going through a huge transition of personal growth, practising a lot of Mindfullness and Zen Meditation. I am looking to go one step further, I have been looking online for Zen Meditaion Centres/classes, there does not appear to be any from apart Galway and Dublin. Does anyone know of any in Limerick?

On the psychology side, we tend to use just mindfulness meditation and leave any kind of religion out of it.
