Garmin 1000 showing date as 2019 July.

My Garmin has started marking all cycles as July 2019. These will not load to Strava as the date is in the future. I have read that this is a known bug with Garmin but can't find a fix that works. Any ideas?

You're obviously from the future. What's it like?

Did you try a factory reset?

Reading through the garmin forums it seems to be a known issue.

If it's just the strava issue is bothering you your rides can be manually uploaded and you can edit the date stamp on the file. It's not really addressing the issue though.

I'd try the factory reset an then leave it outside for a bit to pick up a satelite signal.
