    Good goosebumps?
    When my partner picked me up from work and gave me a cuddle before I could even start complaining.

    Bad goosebumps?
    Some family stuff going on. Everytime I think about it I get bumps on my arms

    More recent I can think of is

    Good: Listening to favourite band's music live.

    Bad: In an MRI and was pretty freaked out.
