    Hi,

    Just wondering if anyone has bought from dreambox europe and tried contacting their customer support.
    I have been emailing them for two weeks now and getting crap responses like send a picture of the back of the box and run a network test.
    When I send back and all shows good but I still have issues they just go silent.

    Any help would be great.
    Would love to get my money back but am not holding my breath.
