There's a couple of shops on Talbot Street that will hold your luggage for a small fee. One that comes to mind is the second hand book/media shop opposite Super Valu. It is no more than a minutes walk away from Busaras and is as handy as you want.

The Rail Tours place on Amiens St. is about 2 minutes from BusAras. That used to do a left luggage service - might be worth checking out.

There are luggage lockers downstairs in bus aras. I think they start at €6 for a small locker.

They are not very secure though so I wouldn't be leaving anything valuable in them.

They don't do it, it's the Internet place next door that does.

They are not watched by anyone, they are down the stairs in a corridor out of sight of the rest of the bus station.

There is security in Busaras most of the time, only one guy to check the public areas as well as all the bus Eireann offices. but the criminals know when these guys are on their breaks or checking other areas of the building and easily sneak on to beg and shoot up in the toilets etc
