Hi all, Just wondering would anyone know the different aptitude tests given when going through the recruitment process for the cadets? I can find much info on the types of tests, if anyone had any information it would be greatly appreciated! thanks

"Psychometric tests" is as detailed as it gets. Apparently they're outsourced to a UK company called MindMill. If you want some sample ones there's loads on the internet. It's just a bit of maths and some verbal reasoning
