    Hello can anyone give me some advice. My little boy 2-1/2 is referred to see a doctor in tallaght hospital as I'm really worried about him and his behaviour I just feel there's something not right. He can't talk fully yet he won't potty train he is so angry and throws the worst fits ever I have two other children so I know how children behave and every child is different but I just feel in my heart sowmthing is wrong. Obviously he's on a public list but how long have people in this situation been waiting for an appointment and if you did go private how much did it cost online prices vary from 500-1000 which is money I do not have but if I know it will be a long wait I will do what I can to get it up. I really want him checked as I know early intervention is key any advice is welcome thanks for reading

    Just asked my wife (we have 2 add kids and she remembers a lot more than me) not sure how long the list is but private is 380, prof. is based in blanch, if you want I'll pm you his name (we haven't used him personally but others we know have)

    The name you want is Prof. Michael Fitzgerald . However I recommend staying in the public system as you will get a multi disciplinary assessment don't know as the assessment of needs AON . Some areas are slow to accept the Professor's report .
