EDIT - I just realised what you meant by "one is bidding".

It's not, they are different variations of that model. When it says "20 offers" what it means is, that there are 20 different stores offering that model, with that spec, starting at that price.

So you actually cant buy this laptop and have it delivered to Ireland, its all UK.Why is it so awkward to just pick a model and have it delivered to Ireland.

Yes, all of those services will give you an overseas address that you can use for items that otherwise would not deliver to Ireland.
Parcel Motel will deliver items to a locker location closest to you, that you choose, and you can collect it any time 24/7.
All of the others will deliver directly to your home.
