It's a pretty good spot. Positives:

    1. Cheap enough for a twin room
    2. If you book now you're guaranteed to get it.
    3. Great craic.
    4. Great people.
    5. Great place to meet people if you're a first year.
    6. You'd make some great friends for life....
    7. If you book ask for a courtyard apartment.
    8. You'd get super fit walking to college everyday (see con below).
    9. You'll have day offs from college due to be being super lazy (see con below).
    10. Better than a house/ dig.

    Cons:
    1. Far away, takes half an hour to get to college walking (if you're slow like most people)/ max ten minutes on the bike.

Genuinely what you make of it, some people kept to themselves, others were pretty outgoing. I'd genuinely recommend it as it'd the best option you have right now. From my experiences Centrepoint ranks behind only Corrib, the rest are pretty tame in comparison.
