Do we need to lay a dpm on top of concrete screed ( both ground and 1st floor are concrete ) before laying laminate flooring
There is already a DPM on top of the floor insulation before the screed was laid on both floors.
    Cheers

No as concrete is dry, but you'll be putting in underlay with laminate.
Normally a type of bubble wrap or more expensive foil back insulated type, about 5mm thick to also act as a cushion.

Personally I would go for the bubble wrap, my old floor had it for 18 years no problem.
Expensive type has my floor squeaking in places of traffic after 1 year

Floor has to be 100% level or you'll need floor leveling concrete first.
