Chalazion removal

    Hi guys,
First time poster. Looking for advice. I had a stye in my upper eye. I was doing the usual hot compress routine and it helped but it left a chalazion that just won't go away. It has been about 5 months. I went to doctor who in turn referred me to the (rveeh) Royal eye and ear hospital in Dublin. I received an appointment that's way out.
Has anyone any experience with chalazion removal and clinics preferably around Dublin?
    Thanks very much.
