    I am trying to register online but it is saying that my account number is already registered? Any ideas whats wrong

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    We will check into this for you ASAP if you private message any of us reps the Electric Ireland account number in question, stating you are the account-holder, your name, address and date of birth.

    Do let us know also if you are referring to Online Billing or Electric Ireland Rewards.

    I have the same kind of problem - got an email welcoming me to Electric Ireland and when I tried to register for online billing it gave me an error that my account number is not valid
