I'm hoping to propose to my boyfriend. Firstly I know it's not traditional but I'm sure he will like it and say yes. I was hoping to do it this weekend, I have location picked and few things got to make it romantic etc.
But my problem is I really want to do it at night time. Hoping to have lights and candles etc set up. The location is about 4 miles from where we live in very rural walking route. It cannot be reached by car. So pretending I broke down etc wouldn't work. The issue is I would like to lure him to location and be there waiting but I can't come up with a logical reason how I can get him to location at night time. I would love to not give anything away until he arrives at location.
Any inspiring ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you send him the gps coordinates of the spot will he able to find it?
You could make up a little treasure hunt style set of instructions with clues from one spot leading to the next.
A bit like the girl in the book "gone girl" did on every anniversary .... She turned out to be a total psycho (spoiler alert) but as a one off it could be romantic.

Don't overthink it. Why not just suggest a romantic walk?

What with all the hype around Pokemon Go at the minute, could you download the app and then let on that you're hunting for one? :pac:

Or failing that, the treasure hunt or romantic walk is also a good idea.

Can you get someone else to set it up and go for a walk together?

Tell him you want to shag him outside and the dimly lit road 4 miles away is taking your fancy.

I agree, the Treasure Hunt idea is very good if you want to lure him there on his own.

Otherwise , give a close friend the details, have her set up all the bits at the location etc just before you get there, while you go on a 'walk' with himself. You wanna exercise more, and doing it together is more fun....for an excuse.

Aren't these two suggestions just variations on a theme? :p

Seriously OP, don't overthink it. Just suggest a walk.
