No water from Triton Shower

I replaced my electric shower about 2 months ago with a brand new TRITON T90Z 8.5KW PUMPED ELECTRIC SHOWER (tank fed).

It was a straight forward replacement, as it was just an updated model.

Out of the blue yesterday, water is no longer coming through. Still makes all the same sounds, just minus the water.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

You either have no water going to the shower, valve turned off, airlock etc or the shower itself is at fault. If it is the shower then the solenoid needs replacing. You can ring triton, their number is on the shower & they will replace the solenoid for free under warranty. If it's not the shower at fault they will charge you a call out fee.

Was indeed the solenoid. Fixed in no time. Thanks
