I got weird pain in my left jaw yesterday evening as i started to eat, i couldent put any force on my bite for a while but the pain/sensation subsided and i went to bed. Today my bite seems way off, normally my top teeth come over the bottom, but now they are lined up and its a very strange sensation having them rub.

I am thinking i pulled a tendon maybe in my jaw and i am overcompensating now ? Does this make sense ? I can also hear a click that i am unsure has always been there.

I will make an appointment tomorrow anyway to get it checked.

Any thoughts ?

Lockjaw perhaps ? Definitely get it checked out.
