    Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker in the city that maybe they have used themselves. Thanks in advance!!

    I used Margaret Fogarty from Fogarty Financial a couple of years ago and found her excellent. 051 843684/ 059 9173225 They're based in Carlow but I used to meet her here in Kilkenny for the paperwork. I got her name from a friend who'd used her before that.
