hi i am off work sick - mental health issues (stress/anxiety etc) - and due to go back but I abhor my job and so I am going to resign.
I have no idea what career path/form of eduction/job to persue next - and I have no idea even where to start.
But I do want to do something - but new - I do not wanna go back to the careers I had to date.
Is there somewhere I can go? Is there something on offer by the government?
I really have no idea.. and there is too much on the internet.
    Thanks in advance.

Your local ETB (used to be VEC) should be able to advise you.

Whatever health professional (doctor, psychologist, counselor, etc) is helping you should also know about local career guidance services which understand mental health problems. Ask them to refer you to someone.

ok will do that - maybe like an occupational therapist or something..

I have lots of qualifications but I feel like i have hit a wall as none of those careers worked for me..

Gosh its scary starting out again.. but i am also a little excited..
