    Hi,

I watched a documentary a couple of weeks ago on TV but I can't remember what it was called.

It was an English production, either Channel 4 or BBC.

Essentially it went through a number of superfoods and demonstrated how they were basically just myths or marketing ploys.

It showed that strawberries are nutritionally the same as goji berries, that bacon and eggs is the most beneficial breakfast you can eat, that taking multivitamins is pointless and that milk is more hydrating than water.

It was a brilliant show, backed up by scientific research carried out at various UK universities.

I want to show it to a friend, but can't remember what it was called. Did anyone see it or know the name?

    Thanks,
    Hugo.

Thanks for your replies, but that isn't the one unfortunately :(

The one I saw was a single part 1.0/1.5 hour long documentary.

Thank you very much! That's the one!

For anyone who hasn't seen it, take a look. It's well worth the watch.
