Fiat Doblo issues

Driving a two year old Fiat Doblo.
It's a company van and has given a serious amount of trouble in the last year.
There is 112000kms on the clock. It's covering about 1000Kms per week.

An ongoing issue is with the rear brake bulbs blowing every couple on months. I'd say we have spent about €100 on bulbs over the last twelve months.

It went in for a service at 75K. It needed new rear brake cylinders as the seals were leaking.
It went on for it's DOE and failed on a rear imbalance that was corrected by the dealer for it's re-test. And 92k the engine has a serious rattle in it. It was also billowing out white smoke intermittently. Was off the road for 6 weeks while Fiat tried to find what the problem was. I don't think they ever did as we got no explanation and they replaced the engine under warranty.

The latest issue now seems to be the gearbox. It's stiff going into 1st and 2nd and am unable to select reverse without it crunching. The only was to avoid doing so it to slip it quickly into 4th and reverse.

I was chatting to another Doblo driver today who was also driving a company van.
His was a year older and has had two engines and pretty much all of the same problems as above. Worked in the motor industry for a few years a while back. I know of Fiat's reliability issues and built quality. Has anybody had issues with Doblo like the above? It's going in to Fiat for a full service this week. I've informed them of the gear selection issue
