lost public services card

Hi my mam lost her public services card. I am down as a second person allowed to collect her money as she is on disability. Just wondering how I can collect her money this week without the card. Will they give it to me in the post office with just ger ppsn andd my id?

If your PSC (this card contains your photograph) from the Department is lost or stolen you should report this to the PSC Helpdesk at 1890 837 000. The Department will then cancel the original card and a replacement card will be issued immediately.
