Registration and bills

We live in same address for 6 years and we never received registration pack, account number nor any bills. In occupier or any other name. The question is - since the charges are suspended, is there anything outstanding? Technicallyif no one - even landlord were not issued with any correspondence there shouldn't be any.

Thank you for contacting us.

Customers that have a connection to the public water and/or wastewater mains would of been liable for charges before the suspension of water bills.

We can certainly look into this matter, would you mind providing the following details via private message:

- Name;
- Address; and
- Contact Number.
