Trying to find some books that I read when I was back in primary school about 25 years ago. Can't recall the names of them but it was a series of books, all under the same heading if you like but with different characters in each book I think. The books would tell a kinda of adventure / crime / mystery story and each page would contain a puzzle / math problem / riddle to solve which explain how the villain got away on to the next page or how the hero could safely get past a trap onto the next page.

If I remember correctly, the books were quiet thin and colored white for the most part.
