They look like suckers from a very enthusiastic shrub. Could be Leycesteria or Pheasant Berry. Is there one in your garden or an adjoining garden, or have you dug one up?

Looks like a Persicaria variety. Not sure which one but they can be a bit of a nuisance to say the least!
