Would you not consider a psychologist or psychotherapist?
I hear you and been too something similar before.
CBT, meditation, visualisation, etc - could write a book them and all are fantastic and all effective.
I am essentially looking for something new and just going to try it - may be nonsense, may not work but just going to try it so to speak. I am looking for something new as I can't quite understand what is going on at the moment - don't have anything stressful going on other than my mind refusing to rest
