I bought this android box and showbox works but Kodi doesn't can anyone help me please I'm totally lost

Throw us a bone here What make/model android box? What error are you getting (if any)? Have you tried to create a log file in Kodi?

It's just a plane box no name on it ,is there a place in settings that tells me .im clucking on Kodi and it goes dark.or sometimes it goes back to the menu .sorry I'm not great at tech stuff

Try go to settings-->apps-->kodi then force stop, clear data, clear cache.

Kodi is working but all the programs are gone if you know what I mean ,when I go into it it's got nothing there ,what do I do to add apps or programs I'm not familiar with what you would call it either apps or programs ,I can't watch anything ,except if I go out of the app and go into show box thanks

You would need to contact the seller of the box to see if you can re-load the add-ons. Not allowed to discuss here. You might have mentioned that you has 'extras' loaded in Kodi. I just wanted to help getting Kodi to run.

You shouldn't have cleared data, unless you wanted to do a fresh start.

I was the same. Just take your time. You will get there eventually. And sure if u feck it up all you do is go to app settings for kodi and clear data.its your safety blanket.
Google/ YouTube how to install whatever you want. Sooo easy when you get the hang of it.

see if you have fusion inside kodi, these boxes like the sat boxes require time and patience to get used them and get them up and running

As already mentioned,that kind of talk is frowned upon here.You'll find the answer easily through a google search.
But please don't continue this conversation here,because what you are after is not allowed to be discussed and this thread will be locked.

But you are going in the right direction,by setting it up yourself.You'll learn very quickly and it's also very easy.
The internet is awash with help and tutorials(look for ones done by MJD/seo-michael).....That's as much as I can say.Good luck with it.
