you didn't attach a pic.

try google for the model of your motherboard and 'drivers'. usually the company has a site where you can download them from.

if it's a pc/laptop from big company like dell, just put in the model of the pc/laptop into google and 'drivers'

Need to figure out why the cable wont connect
