high court search

    i am looking at a high court search where a judgement is made and the person concerned has a charge registered against them. i am wondering are details (i.e. details of judgment/ruling) of the case for public viewing some way or are they for public viewing or purchase some where?

    thanks for the link but that is where i am getting the information to date. is there any way that i can get further information on a particular case based on the details of a high court search?

    It depends if the person is a party to the proceedings or not.
