Heading to Amsterdam for a few days

    Things I've planned to do

ice bar- everything is made of ice
    Door74 Prohibition style bar

Has anyone been to the Cruise in? A 50's style bar?

There's a bar by the rijksmuseum in the style of communist germany sitting room? Any one been? or the Hidden in plain sight bar?

Another activity I was eyeing up was a 75 min cruise with all you can eat pancakes? Again, has anyone tried it?

    Anything I'm missing?

Door74 is a top notch speakeasy style cocktail bar. Other great cocktail bars are Porem, Hiding in Plain Sight and Tales & Spirits. The bar at the top of the W hotel has nice views.

A nighttime canal cruise is a great way to see the city. Daytime is good too but nighttime is a little more special.

The A'dam Toren tower) has just opened. It's supposed to have great views over the city with a revolving restaurant/bar.

Somewhere with views over the city would be lovely, I might check out the skybar in the Amsterdam toren, I hadn't heard of that

The cocktail bar at the top of the Hilton Doubletree next to Centraal also has good views

The NH Krasnapolsky on Dam Square has had a makeover and their new cocktail bar is quite stylish.

Cutthroat Barber is a great modern bar, with good drinks and food.

Go onto the roof of the science museum NEMO and have an almost 360 degree view of the city.

So heading to amsterdam for a stag in March, the weather looks fairly brisk unfortunately but looking for tips for bars around the centre good for cheap drink and clubs for later for an experience also In the centre.

Clubs would not be too happy to see 14 or so lads as a group in their queues?
