    Question 1: Will I get my money back?

    We can confirm that any decisions regarding refunds to customers will be made by the government and not by Irish Water.

    Question 2: Will we have to pay for the suspended billing period if charges are re-instated?

    Currently, billing has been suspended for a 9 month period as of April 1st and no final decisions have been conveyed to Irish Water after this period has ended. Any updates that we receive will be provided to customers.

    Question 3: Are Irish Water responsible for Road Drainage?

    Irish Water are responsible for certain aspects of drainage, whilst the Local Authority are responsible for others.

    If you would like to specify the type of drain you are referring to via PM, we can look into this for you.
