    I've bought 2 phones off eBay and not had any problem with them. However, I did contact the seller and asked for other pics of said phones. If I were you I'd do the same particularly as there are only stock photos of the screen. Don't be afraid to ask the seller for more info about it, if they have nothing to hide and it's all above board they won't have a problem answering your queries.
