    Entered September Quest race in Killarney having done GFW a handful of times. Are they similar in terms of difficulty/fitness required ? Am looking at the 18k mountain run in the middle of quest specifically! Thanks

    I did gael force west last year for the first time. Took me 7 hours so I am far from elite. The only options for quest now are 48KM Dual or 60KM Pro Route. I don't care about how fast i am, i just want to finish.

    Would anyone have advice on which route to take?
