E-fibre speed

    Hi my speed has dropped from an average 80mbps to 3mbps over the last day or so. I live 15 metres from the exchange. I've turned the modem off and on and even disconnected all devices and connected again. This is not a service I'm willing to pay for if it is not sorted. Especially going from such a great speed to hardly being able to stream a YouTube video.
