Something wrong with my Sky box

When I turned on the TV and Sky box this evening I couldn't get any channels.

In the pic this is as far as it gets. Anyone any ideas? I've turned it on and off dozens of times :(

    Yes, I've paid the bill!

Unfortunately I can't help you, but I had the same problem during the week. It rectified itself after a few minutes.

Check cable from dish is connected going in to Sky Box and to lnb on dish. Dish may have also moved.

Without turning off the sky box can you pull the plug from the wall socket and wait a few minutes then plug it back in and wait about 10 minutes before trying to turn it on and it might be sorted.

That's exactly what I did and it sorted it! Will remember this in future!
