    Hello everyone,

I had my driving test today but unfortunately was not able to do it as brake light was gone really bad luck as had checked it last night :(. Ive already booked a new test for August but here is my dilemma, Im moving to the UK mid Sep and really want to have test passed by then!

My current car has tax & Insurance until 1st Sep and plan was to sell the car before the move, and Im thinking if I fail test in August and have to repeat it in Sep what is the best thing to do?

Id like to do the test in my car and was wondering if its possible to take out insurance say for month of Sep if I do need to repeat test and hopefully have it passed before I move over.

    Any advice really appreciated x

Driving instructors will generally let you rent their vehicle for the test. Perhaps contact your ADI if it comes to this.
