    Hi

I am looking to get clarity on this.

So I am an Irish Citizen living in Ireland, my Brazilian wife has a stamp 4. Am i correct in saying that she is not eligible for free fees for an undergraduate course in an Irish college.

However if i was a Belgian national (for example) moving to Ireland and had a brazilian wife - we could apply for a Stamp 4EUFAM visa for my wife and be eligible for free fees for an undergraduate course in Ireland.

    Is this right?

    Thanks
