Cleaning seat fabric?

    Recently was able to get the child seat out of the family car as little man is big enough to use booster seat now. The seat under the car seat is grubby and needs a good cleaning. Whats the best way ? Shampoo ? Hot water and elbow power ?

    Car is a 2011 Insignia if that makes any difference.

    Any / all advice welcomed.

    Chemical Guys Fabric Clean is very good for this tye of job. Dilute as necessary, spray on, give it a bit of a scrub, and absorb with a microfiber or tissue. A few dehumidifier bags will help speed up the drying process.

    I've used Autoglym Interior Shampoo before on cars I've bought to bring the seats and carpets to pretty much as new condition, leaves a good scent too.

    I work in a place I have access to a rug doctor , I think woodies have them for rent also .

    I take it from work for a day now and again and use the apolstry attachment to do sofa and rugs in house , and of course cars , its really a top piece of equipment.

    My seats in car come out like new .
