Anybody go and what did ye think. I was impressed by the paddock system . some nice cattle but there was a couple plainer than jerseys

I was there as well.

The 5 stands at the start were good to listen to and were short enough to keep you interested.

The middle section was a bit hit and miss as there were stands with no advisers at them and some of the demos / talks had finished way to early in the day and were not repeated so tough luck if you missed it.

At least I got my 'attend a national event' box ticked for the Beef Knowledge Transfer group for year 1.

Over all thought it was a good day, as lford leader said the middle part was very much hit and miss! I caught the end of the discussion with 4of the better farm programme farmers and perhaps they should have had 2 of these at 2different times rather than 1 thirty min section and tough luck 2any1 who missed it.

The 1st 4or 5 stands were good but there was nothing ya havnt heard before if you frequent farm walks.

What i got most from was the reseeding demo,very well laid out and interesting!
Overall a good outing!
