Laptop for photo editing advice.

    No doubt an age old question this but here goes anyway, what non Mac laptop would you recommend that compares to Mac's Retina Display?
    Iam fairly sure of the specs I need to run Photoshop etc, but would welcome advice if forthcoming.

    What kind of budget do you have? The XPS15 is a great laptop if you have the cash to splash, the 4K screen gets great reviews too.
