No doubt an age old question this but here goes anyway, what non Mac laptop would you recommend that compares to Mac's Retina Display? Iam fairly sure of the specs I need to run Photoshop etc, but would welcome advice if forthcoming.

What kind of budget do you have? The XPS15 is a great laptop if you have the cash to splash, the 4K screen gets great reviews too.
