Self Build insurance

    HI, Looking for some advice on self build insurance.

    I have tried a local broker using Optis and have also priced Keystone. So far Keystone are they cheapest @ €1295 for 12 months.

    Insured value €365,000
    2750sq ft inc garage

    Got our self build cover from -snip- they were by far the cheapest

    Thanks. Luckily I got it before someone snipped it.....
    They came back about €100 cheaper than anyone else
