increase friction between two surfaces

I want to increase the friction between two aluminum plates which are bolted together, 75X22mm and secured with 2 M4 bolts. I can't increase bolt size btw. Would screwgrab or valve grinding compound help ? maybe there is a dedicated compound for such a process or now that I think about it a bit more would the Loctites of…

maybe there is a dedicated compound for such a process or now that I think about it a bit more would the Loctites of the world have something that would suit me ?
