Requirements regarding EU residence card - Ireland

    Hi Everyone,

I just have a few questions regarding the application of the EU residence card whilst applying in Ireland and I was hoping someone with similar experience or knowledge can help me out? :)

My husband and I will be relocating at the same time. The plan is for us to find employment as soon as possible - we have already started looking and applying. As I understand, I will only be able to work as soon as he is employed and once I have applied for the EU residence card.

According to the Leaflet for the application of said residence card (Form EU1A), it states that they require the below from my husband:

    - Current letter from employer setting out terms and conditions of employment OR signed contract of employment.
    - Two recent payslips.
    - Most recent P60 or Tax Credit Certificate.

Seeing that we will be relocating at the same time, will I be able to apply for the residence card with his proof of employment only and not the 2 most recent payslips or should we wait until he has worked for 2 months and has received the above mentioned payslips before applying for the EU residence card (as I do not want to apply and be denied)? I should also mention that it is quite urgent that both of us bring in an income.

They also seem to require the below:

    If renting property,
    - Letter from landlord/agency or tenancy agreement.
    - Letters of Registration of Tenancy from the Private Residential Tenancies Board.
    - Utility bills for the applicant and the EU citizen.

Since we will be relocating at the same time, we will not have any utility bills for myself or my husband available. Are there any alternatives or should we also hold off until we have certain bills mailed?

Any further advice or recommendations regarding this sort of application will be highly appreciated!!

    Thank you so much!

    Warm regards,
    Shay_2403
