Garda Juvenile Diversion Programme - Passport Question

    Hi guys, hoping someone can shine some light on my problem.

    I was cautioned and admitted to a GJDP when I was 13, I have since passed 18 and I'm just wondering the following;

    On the wikipedia page, it says your passport is censored when on such a programme. Is this true? (I know it is wikipedia, but can never be too sure). I plan on moving to an Asian country soon and I want to know if my history will restrict my travel.

    Also, do cautions get wiped off records at 18?

    Thanks for any help, in a bad way with worry.
