Hi, two fault codes P2263 (Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost System Performance) and U2023 (Fault received from external node) popped up on the dash yesterday, Esp and Eml lights are on and codes can´t be cleared. runs like a bag of spanners until the turbo kicks in in all gears, then it runs fairly ok, ticks over reasonably ok too, so in other words it can be driven by keeping the revs up. My mechanic can`t look at it until at least Tuesday. It´s a van so has anyone any thoughts on some things to look at cos its really needed to do a days work tomorrow.

Check the intake hoses especially the one going onto the inlet manifold they tend to split underneath.

Thanks, have checked all the hoses and pipes, nothing obvious I'm afraid.

Sounds like a leak. Can you hear any air escape noises like a whoosh when the boost kicks in?

nope, extremely under powered till turbo kicks in, no whooshing or strange noises when it does, just it drives ok once turbo comes in.
