    Hello,

Recently I noticed a weird sensation in my mouth. When I looked closely I could see that one of my teeth (top, second from the centre, on the right) has started to grow crookedly. The tooth is in no way loose or wiggly, it's just almost like it's starting to grow behind my other tooth.

My top teeth are generally okay. I have gaps between them as when I was a kid the HSE dentist I had to see with school took out what he said was a baby tooth impeding the adult tooth coming out. Turns out it was the adult tooth he took out, so I have plenty of room.

Is this a problem I should see my dentist about, or should I see an orthodontist?

OP check orthodontics.ie for orthos in your area. may be best to start with them if you're sure the tooth isn't lose.
