Hi eir,
A quick question for you. My local exchange Ardrahan has a new cabinet installed for fibre. On the rollout
map it says due to go live on the 29th June. It has not changed this status since then. Is the cabinet live
now or when is it expected to go live. Its number is ADN1_E01.
Many thanks,
Martin.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for getting in touch :)

Unfortunately we cannot avdise when this will go live as the only information we are provided with is available online.

The dates we provide online are estimated and we would be unable to guarantee a date as the time taken to upgrade the line to efibre will vary depending on the level of work involved and whether consents from road and planning authorities and private landowners are necessary.

I am very sorry I could not offer you some better news on this today.

Kind Regards,
