Hi all, looking to do my first build for a mainly video editing machine. I realise I'll need some expensive peripherals which will eat in to the budget but obviously if I can put together a solid machine for less than my budget it would be great! Or if it's worth going a small bit above budget for a big performance improvement please let me know.

    1. What is your budget? >€1000

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Video editing/Production

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No

    5. Do you need a monitor? Yes

5a. If yes, what size do you need? Not particularly important as I have a 50' tv I can use if needed. A reasonably sized 1080p monitor would be more convenient though

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? High quality Wireless keyboard and mouse will be required and wireless card.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Yes

    8. How can you pay? However is needed.

    9. When are you purchasing? Before the end of August Hopefully.

    Thanks a lot.
