Triton T90z not working

    I have a T90z installed about 6 weeks fed from tank . Motor running but no water. I cleared the filter and opened the bleeding valve. Lots of water pressure coming into it. I thought it was airlocked but I ran it for 30 seconds as they advise and still nothing coming out. Warranty call out is 4 working days....

    Any ideas?

    Leave the head on the shower floor. Turn to coldest setting and then turn on to see if you have water.

    I tried that and nothing. It's puzzling because the inlet pressure is fine when I cleaned the filter.

    Solenoid needs replacing. Ring earthridge /Maynooth shower maintenance /triton Ireland. There is a sticker on the shower with their number. They will repair it for free under the 2 years parts and labour warranty

    Thanks for that. I have a call out booked with them alright, but it's a 4 day wait with no shower! I thought it might be a simple fix. It that a common fault? Not very encouraging that it has happened 6 weeks after installation.

    It's just one of those things. I've fitted showers with faulty solenoid (I'd replace it at time of installation) & I'm replacing 15 year old showers with the solenoid still working.
    You were just unlucky. That's what the warranty is for
