I have a Samsung smart TV model UE32D6300. I have experienced issues where when I have an external input source connected via hdmi the screen will go black but I will still have audio. This is random, there is not a sequence of events to recreate, it can happen after 5 minutes or half an hour. It doesn't matter what the input source is, it can be blu ray, PS3, streaming box, laptop. When the TV enters this state the TV recognises the remote functions (red led light flashes) but it won't turn off etc. The hdmi cable has to be removed before the TV will accept remote functions.

Can anyone help with this???
