On PAYG but still receiving bills

    Hi i joined payg last November but still receiving bill.


    i received a bill today for €74.33 but i should owe Zero as im in credit?
    i know its an est bill but i checked the reading and it is fairly accurate.


    Also my powering reward points are still not being added on automatically they was manually added in April 


    Can someone have a look please
