Now I know it's complete bull, BUT it did come from a garage.

I'v been told you can get vintage tax at 15 years old once you declare the car is used for vintage use only?

Apparently no one knows about it but it's possible!

So on the bull**** scale how far up is this?

No. You could get classic insurance at 15 years old on some cars, but the rules for tax are pretty clear.

It's off the bull**** scale. Any salesman selling a car on that basis is a crook.

I also thought he meant insurance, But it's definately to do with tax!

Not selling a car either, Just mentioned it when getting parts.

That would be excellent. Do you own a tweed suit, leather gloves and driving goggles? Come to the tax office in said attire and €56 pa is yours!

I think you'd have to pay in Punts to avail of this great offer.
